Tenant Workshop at Feldheym Public Library

The Housing & Homelessness division is hosting a free Tenant Workshop at Feldheym Public Library on Tuesday, October, 2023, at 6:00pm with guest speaker Karl Wallen, Attorney at Law from Legal Aid Society of San Bernardino. Attorney Wallen is to provide an educational Tenant Rights & Protections presentation that touches on housing topics such as landlord harassment, landlord right of entry, habitability in tenants home, landlord’s responsibilities to repair defects, notice to pay or quit, evictions, small claims, rent increase protections, and relocation requirements.
