All motion picture, television, or still photography on location within the City of San Bernardino requires a Filming Permit. Permits are required even if filming will take place on private property.
To obtain a filming permit, an application, certificate of insurance and the permit application fee of $260.00 must be submitted to the Planning Division for processing at a minimum of five (5) business days prior to filming. Please see the application for more details.
