Everhome Suites Hotel Coming to San Bernardino
The extended stay brand of Choice Hotels is expected to open in 12 months.
The City of San Bernardino Planning Commission on August 29 approved the development of a new 114 room Everhome Suites Hotel to be located at 898 East Harriman Place, near Hospitality Lane. The four-story building is expected to take twelve months to construct.
Everhome Suites is an extended stay hotel brand of Choice Hotels. Headquartered in Rockville, Maryland, Choice Brands include Cambria Hotels, Comfort Inn, Clarion Hotels, and Quality Inn.
The first Everhome Suites opened in Corona, California in 2021 and there are approximately 30 more in development in the Western United States, including in Ontario and Temecula.
An extended stay hotel is geared to business travelers or individuals looking for a stay of seven days or more. Guests often include people relocating to an area, are renovating their permanent residence, or families attending sports tournaments.
Each of the 114 units will include a kitchenette that will include a small stove, sink, dishwasher, a full-sized refrigerator, and a full-sized closet. The hotel will also include fully outfitted fitness centers with cardio and strength training equipment, guest laundry facilities, and pet friendly options for travelers with pets.
